Return Policy


You understand and acknowledge that the shoes that you purchase from this site will be, and is, manufactured specifically for you, based upon the measurements that you provide to Q by Pasquale. As a result, you acknowledge and understand that Q by Pasquale will not accept any returns of any shoes with the exception for shoes that are damaged by the manufacturer, or shoes that may have been damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it.

In the case of returns based upon the specific reasons as stated herein, you are advised to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us if you believe your merchandise qualifies for our return policy. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, we will ship you new merchandise and a credit for the return shipping will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.



We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Custom Shoe Checkout" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
